| TYLER FAIRBANK, CEO/Partner
Tyler Fairbank is the CEO of EOS Ventures, a renewable energy company providing turn key renewable on-site power generation solutions to larger-scale energy users. EOS is located in Hancock Massachusetts. Most recently, he was the President of the Berkshire Economic Development Corporation which facilitates, coordinates and leads county-wide economic development efforts in Berkshire County.
Previously, Mr. Fairbank was the NAFTA Director of New Business & Sales for TÃœV America, the US-based subsidiary of the global auditing, testing, and certification organization TÃœV SUD, headquartered in Munich Germany. Fairbank oversaw sales teams in the US, Canada and Mexico, managed key global accounts and led TÃœV's efforts for new market opportunities and business ventures.
Prior to joining TÃœV, Mr. Fairbank was the president of MassExcellence, facilitating organizational improvement activities through management training, consulting, and 'best practices' sharing events. Formerly, Mr. Fairbank was the Vice President of Marketing, Sales & Organizational Development at Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort, southern New England's premier four-season resort. In addition, Mr. Fairbank has served as the Board Chair for several regional not for profit economic development organizations, and is known for his leadership, business development and strategic planning capabilities. |

| J. ADAM FILSON, General Counsel
Adam is General Counsel to EOS Ventures, LLC and its affiliates. Prior to EOS, Adam was a partner in the law firm of Grinnell Smith, LLP in Williamstown, Massachusetts. At Grinnell Smith, Adam concentrated his practice in the areas of business law, commercial and corporate finance, commercial real estate, zoning and land use, and renewable energy development. Adam has been active in the renewable power sector with EOS Ventures since the company's inception. He has worked on numerous EOS solar and wind projects. As in-house counsel, he concentrates on renewable energy deal structure, partnership and joint venture matters, financing, site development and due diligence.
A native of Williamstown, Adam returned to his hometown after receiving his undergraduate degree from Princeton University in 1988 and his law degree from St. John’s University in 1995. He is also a Major in the Army National Guard in which he serves as the Command Judge Advocate for his unit, the 151st Regional Support Group of the Massachusetts National Guard. In 2007 he completed an extended deployment to the conflict-torn Balkan province of Kosovo where he served as the operational law staff officer in the headquarters of Task Force Falcon, the U.S. contingent to the NATO peace-enforcement mission in Kosovo.
Adam is admitted to the bars of Massachusetts and the U.S. Distrct Court, District of Massachusetts and is a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel, Berkshire Bar Association and the Judge Advocates Association.
Adam served two terms as President of the Williamstown Chamber of Commerce from 1999 to 2000 and is the chairman of the Williamstown Elementary School Committee. He is also a corporator of MountainOne Financial Partners, MHC, Northern Berkshire Healthcare, Inc., and MCLA Foundation, Inc.

| BRIAN H. FAIRBANK, Partner
Brian H. Fairbank serves as President and CEO of Jiminy Peak, Inc. Brian has been with Jiminy for 37 years and is a 50% owner of the company. Jiminy Peak is a four-season mountain resort generating $20,000,000 in revenue annually and is the largest ski resort in southern New England.
Within the ski industry there are few who can rival the accomplishments of Fairbank- he is a former Director and Chairman of NSAA and a past recipient of the Sherman Adams award recognizing his devotion and leadership in the industry. Instrumental in forming Mountains of Distinction consisting of 20 independent ski resorts, Fairbank brought an early focus to teaching skiing to younger students. Brian is a lifetime member of the Professional Ski Instructors of America and was an examiner for 15 years.
Environmental issues are always in the forefront of the minds in the ski industry. For decades, Jiminy Peak has adopted resort-wide standards to help sustain or improve our environment for future generations. Two specific projects lead the effort. Arguably, Jiminy has the most energy efficient snow making in North America. In 1990, Fairbank had a clear picture focusing on the snowmaking side of the resort and collaborated on what is referred to as the 'Pentti Head', a patented snow making system. The most ambitious project was installation of the only 1.5 Megawatt wind turbine at a mountain resort in North America, possibly the world. The turbine was commissioned on August 15th, 2007.
Mr. Fairbank serves on the Board of Directors of Berkshire Health Systems and Hospice Care of the Berkshires and has been a Town Moderator in Hancock for over 30 years. He also serves on the board of the National Ski and Snowboard Hall of Fame. |

| JOSEPH J. O’DONNELL, Partner
Mr. O’Donnell is Chairman of Centerplate which manages approximately 250 foodservice operations in the leisure and recreation markets throughout the U.S. These venues include convention centers, college and professional sports stadiums, amphitheaters, ski areas, amusement parks and theaters. In addition, the company owns and operates a number of recreation-oriented facilities including ski areas, movie theaters and restaurants. For the past twenty seven years, Mr. O’Donnell has owned Allied Advertising Agency, the leading print advertising agency in the motion picture industry.
Mr. O’Donnell graduated from Harvard College in 1967 and Harvard Business School in 1971. From 1971 until 1976, he was the Associate Dean of Students for the MBA program and later served as the Administrative Director for the Program for Management Development, both at Harvard Business School.
Mr. O’Donnell was a member of the Board of Overseers at Harvard University from 1999 to 2005; for the past 20 years has been a Director of the Associates of Harvard Business School and a member of various Visiting Committees at Harvard College. Mr. O’Donnell is also a Trustee of Malden Catholic High School and the Winsor School. Mr. O’Donnell received The Richard T. Flood Award from Harvard College in 1992 and in 1997, has served as an elected Director of the Harvard Alumni Association and in 2005 he received the Alumni Achievement Award from the Harvard Business School, its most important honor.
Mr. O’Donnell is a Trustee of the National Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and founder of the Joey Fund. He received The Outstanding Service Award from the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation in 1983, 1986, and 1989. Additionally, he was awarded the Breath of Life Award in 1994, the Foundation’s highest honor. Currently, he is Chairman of the $175 M Milestones to a Cure CF Capital Campaign.
Mr. O’Donnell serves as a Trustee of the Children’s Hospital Trust, an Overseer at the Boston Boys & Girls Club, is a member of the Genetics Advisory Board at Massachusetts General Hospital and is a Board of Associates Member for Whitehead Institute. Mr. O’Donnell also serves as a Trustee for The Perkins School for the Blind Trust Board. In 2001, Mr. O’Donnell was appointed by President Bush to the Presidents Advisory Committee on the Arts.
Mr. O’Donnell lives in Belmont, Massachusetts with his wife Katherine and two daughters, Kate, 22, and Casey, 20. |

| JAMES P. VANDYKE, Director of Wind Development
James P. Van Dyke, Jim, serves as Vice President of Environmental Sustainability of Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort, in Hancock Massachusetts and has been with the company for 33 years. Beginning his career as a lift operator on a snowy Thanksgiving morning in 1974, he has successfully undertaken project after project and become an integral part of Jiminy Peak’s senior management team.
Van Dyke’s most recent project was also Jiminy Peak’s most ambitious, the purchase and installation of the only 1.5 Megawatt wind turbine at a mountain resort in North America, possibly the world. The turbine began producing power on August 1, 2007 and was commissioned on August 15th, 2007. Jiminy Peak is an example of private enterprise investing in wind power generation to keep energy costs down, and help to preserve our natural resources. |
